"After 12 days the items had not even been received by UPS. I reached out with a phone call to your customer service and was told, "Just give it more time. " I really can't rate an item I have not received. It is unlikely I will ever order from you again. I might be requesting a refund if the item isn't delivered soon."
"The dishes are just what I expected, however one dish arrived completely shattered. I didn’t need as many as I ordered, so don’t need replacement, but you might reconsider sturdier packaging for shipment."
"The dishes that survived shipping are just what I wanted. I ordered a total of 8 (2 4-packs). 2 of the dishes arrived smashed to bits due to careless packing. But at $8 return shipping for $9 worth of dishes , plus my time, etc. , it wasn't worth it to return them. Just something to be aware of. Your mileage may vary."
