"I own six 11cup & seven 4. 8cup "simply store" containers. For the most part I really enjoy them; especially how compact they nest together. However, I have 2 complaints: 1) The cost of a replacement lid is about the same as purchasing a whole new dish. That nonsense is galling! Please sell replacement lids for you existing customers at a sensible price. 2) The lids are not liquid tight. They're fine for storage in home; but lousy for transport. They'll leak."
"I ordered the wrong number lid. They are on the way back now. I'll have to reorder the right one. I don't think the company can simply do a replacement with the return although I did write the correct number on the return sheet."
