However, a simple check on your site proved her correct. Can you please respond to her question why you're doing so?"
"Explain to me why it is less expensive to buy a new dish + lid than just a replacement lid. Meanwhile the price difference between a dish with a lid and just the dish is $1. As a lifelong Pyrex user this is making me feel like throwing it all away and replacing with a different brand."

"I own six 11cup & seven 4. 8cup "simply store" containers. For the most part I really enjoy them; especially how compact they nest together. However, I have 2 complaints: 1) The cost of a replacement lid is about the same as purchasing a whole new dish. That nonsense is galling! Please sell replacement lids for you existing customers at a sensible price. 2) The lids are not liquid tight. They're fine for storage in home; but lousy for transport. They'll leak."
