"Snapware Lids break. They have a Lifetime Warranty but it’s near impossible to get a replacement. Phone, online and email service are equally terrible. Too many steps. Too man reasons NOT to be eligible. Shipped to wrong address. Wrong color sent unapologetically. Just don’t buy these. The lids will break and you’ll die of old age trying to get a replacement. God forbid your claim is handled by Lito."
"I would love to be able to review my products, but they were never delivered to my home. UPS delivered them to the WRONG address and no one will acknowledge this! I contacted UPS immediately and also disputed it with Pyrex and PayPal the minute I received notification of the incorrect delivery. Neither company would do anything to help me because my products were marked “delivered”, even though it was sent to the wrong address. This is unbelievable, I do not have my products, and I have not been refunded. I was charged a delivery fee of $14. 99 on top of my purchase of $55. 35 and they couldn’t even deliver it to the correct address!! I will never purchase from Pyrex (or a pyrex product) ever again, what terrible customer service! What a waste of time and money! Attached photo is “proof of delivery”, but to someone else’s address!! Should have purchased containers through Amazon!"
