These offers are NOT available on shipping to Canada, Hawaii or Alaska. FREE, FLAT or DISCOUNTED shipping offers applied using a coupon code CANNOT be combined with any other coupon offer. However, they may be combined with special offers like BOGO, BUY # SAVE # and other system applied discounts. FREE, FLAT or DISCOUNTED shipping offers DO NOT apply to orders over $1,000 unless otherwise specified.
