"When I received this, it had cracks in the bottom. I emailed them to try and get a replacement and they responded that they were "chill wrinkles". I know chill wrinkles are a thing, however, I can feel the cracks on the bottom and do not feel comfortable using it. If I returned it, I would receive a whooping 4ish dollars minus the original shipping and the shipping to return it. I am just accepting it as a poor purchase and a hard realization that Pyrex quality has gone downhill."
