Terrible customer service
"We ordered several containers. They arrived smelling horribly of fragranced chemicals. We couldnt even bring the box inside. Contacted customer service more than once, but they wouldn’t do anything. Just sent the same rote email over and over. At this point, the box has been in the garage for months. Was hoping the company might come through and help since it was over $100. Decided tonight to throw them out, and tried one container first. The lid won’t even fit. The side of it snapped off while I was trying to get it on the container. My entire family has used Snapware products for years, but this is the end of it for me. I’ll change to a company that stands behind their products."

Pyrex has poor customer service
"I would love to be able to review my products, but they were never delivered to my home. UPS delivered them to the WRONG address and no one will acknowledge this! I contacted UPS immediately and also disputed it with Pyrex and PayPal the minute I received notification of the incorrect delivery. Neither company would do anything to help me because my products were marked “delivered”, even though it was sent to the wrong address. This is unbelievable, I do not have my products, and I have not been refunded. I was charged a delivery fee of $14. 99 on top of my purchase of $55. 35 and they couldn’t even deliver it to the correct address!! I will never purchase from Pyrex (or a pyrex product) ever again, what terrible customer service! What a waste of time and money! Attached photo is “proof of delivery”, but to someone else’s address!! Should have purchased containers through Amazon!"

"Where have these been all my life? absolutely love them with my husband and my hectic work schedules these are wonderful to premake and freeze dinners so we can grab something healthy instead of eating out all the time with the expense and unhealthy options!! get them you won't be disappointed."

The lids don’t fit, the
"The lids don’t fit, the glass is made in china, I ordered the larger 4” round plastic snap ware a received the smaller version. I’m done with Corelli. They are not what they used to be."

This is so great! It
"This is so great! It holds enough food for a lunch. Keep in mind that although it doesn’t leak the compartments are not sealed off at the top. If it’s sideways in your bag or gets jostled the contents will mix. Not a deal breaker but just something to think about."
