I have used pyrex bowls
"I have used pyrex bowls for over 45 years, and the quality of this last set of 1 quart mixing bowls was not up to par, the feeling of the rim inside the bowl was not smooth, as of the older bowls I own. this is susceptible to chipping inside. If I find better quality pyrex the same size at a big box store I'll swap them out and return the poor factory seconds ones. I'm a consumer that takes care of issues myself. . . probably never purchase pyrex products again if the quality is generally this poor."
